  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes! Each and every vehicle is fully insured and lettered for your safety and peace of mind.  

  • How do you screen your drivers?

    Rest assured that our drivers are U.S. citizens who pass rigorous background checks, driving record reviews, and drug testing.  

  • What are your cleaning procedures?

    To ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers, we thoroughly clean between each and every ride. From trash removal to disinfecting high-touch surfaces, you can rest assured that we take every precaution to provide the cleanest ride space this side of Chicago!  

  • How much do you charge?

    The price can vary based on a lot of factors: the type of vehicle you need, the starting and ending points of your trip, the length of the journey, the date/time (we operate 7 days a week from 5 am to 9 pm with after-hours available for an additional surcharge), and more. To discuss the specifics of your trip, confirm pricing, and even pay, feel free to call us or submit a form with your trip details, and we will be in touch with a quote.  

  • What is included in the final price?

    Unlike the big transportation services like Uber, we’re not a subscription model, and we don’t keep your credit card information on file. We’ll quote you the price of your trip, and that’s all you pay. It’s as easy as that!  

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We can accept cash in person or a credit card, either in person or over the phone. At this time, we do not accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or any other type of payment along those lines. 

  • Can you provide transportation for someone other than me?

    Of course! Whether it’s a spouse, parent, child, some other relative, a friend, a business associate, or just someone you know who needs to get from point A to point B safely and reliably for a reasonable price, we can help. The more urgent the ride is, the more we encourage you to call so we can discuss your needs to get you the right driver, the right car, at the right price and the right time. 

  • Do you have any specials or discounts available?

    We are proud to offer discounts to seniors and veterans of our armed forces, with location-based discounts available as well, depending on where you’re coming from and where you’re going.  

  • What types of vehicles do you offer?

    We offer a variety of regular, luxury, and limousine vehicles for you to choose from, depending on the type of transportation you need, the size of your party, the reason for your trip, and many other factors.
